ProFootballTalk.com reported Tuesday that Seahawks offensive guard Rob Sims had been told to stay away from offseason workouts. Danny O'Neil of The Seattle Times confirmed that report. Indications are that Seattle is looking to move him, and he is not in the team's plans.
