[Lions] Lions' S Marquand Manuel To Sign 1-year, $805,000 Contract Today

Safety Marquand Manuel is signing a one-year, $805,000 contract with the Lions today. The eight-year veteran played nine games for the Lions last year, starting six. He ended the season on injured reserve. Manuel, 30, also has played for the Bengals, Seahawks, Packers, Panthers and Broncos.
