The Raiders' quarterback competition unofficially began Monday with the start of voluntary workouts. So far it's a two-horse race, with neither one named JaMarcus Russell. The 2007 No. 1 overall draft pick was not seen by teammates at team headquarters Monday, and no one interviewed has any idea where he has been this offseason.
