Vikings Add Matt Sheldon To Their Coaching Staff

The Minnesota Vikings have hired Matt Sheldon as an assistant defensive backs coach. Sheldon coached linebackers in Buffalo for the previous four seasons. Before that, he was an assistant for the St. Louis Rams from 2001 to 2005 where he worked on special teams and with the secondary and linebackers, getting exposed to the Tampa Two that the Bills ran under Perry Fewell and that the Vikings employ under Leslie Frazier.
