Adam Schefter of ESPN reports via twitter that free agent running back LaDainian Tomlinson has reached an agreement on a two-year deal with the New York Jets. The Star Tribune reports the Vikings made a similar offer for Tomlinson, according to a league source. LT infact wanted a larger role, more so than he would've received behind Adrian Peterson.

This may make since if it were the opposite. Right now Jones has more value than LT. of course, if anyone can make a monumental comeback it would be LT, we said the same about farve just a few years ago.

Great move on both sies of the deal. THe Jets were in need of a Running Back and LT can fill those shoes of thomas jones. and LT talked to the Jets and the Vikings. If he went to play for the Vikings he would be more of a back up to AP. And now with the Jets he will get much more touches
