Browns Trade QB Brady Quinn To The Broncos
Posted By: BigBlueBruiser 03-14-2010 , 05:23 PM

The Cleveland Browns have traded former starting quarterback Brady Quinn to the Denver Broncos, FOXSports.com has learned. In return, the Browns will receive running back Peyton Hillis and two conditional draft picks. The move comes one day after the Browns signed free agent QB Jake Delhomme to a two-year deal and less than a week after the team traded for Seneca Wallace.

In a way the Browns traded us Anthony Spencer and Felix Jones for Peyton Hillis and a 6th rounder in 2011 and a conditional pick in 2012

Delhomme threw an interception the second this trade went through. Good deal for the Broncos IMO.

I have disliked Quinn since college and never saw him as a good prospect. That said, Denver got the better end. Even if they got a solid back up it was good, but to get someone at that age with whom you really don't know what you've got because he's never been given a situation to do anything for what they got him for? Ya, edge Denver by far IMO.

Quinn will be denvers future especially if they can hold on to brandon marshall because quinn is a smart kid and could do work if he has weapons around him.
