General manager Mickey Loomis said defensive end James Hall had concluded his visit with the Saints and there were "no developments." Hall, 33, was an all-state prep player at St. Augustine High School who became a three year starter at Michigan. Now with the St. Louis Rams, the 10-year veteran had a big year in 2004 but has not matched his 11.5 sack total that season since.
