Having lost out on former New England Patriots tight end Benjamin Watson on Friday, the Seattle Seahawks reached agreement with former Patriots tight end Chris Baker on Saturday, a league source said. Baker will sign a two-year, $4.75 million deal that includes $2.75 million in the first year with the Seahawks, according to the source. Seattle was anxious to upgrade its tight ends and now that it has, New England doesn't have a proven one on its roster.

Ok...I'm not gonna lie.

We need help at pretty much every position. Except Tight End and Linebacker.

Good effort, Carroll. Way to make an impact first signing.

damn. looks like the ravens will be targeting a tight end in the first two rounds of the draft. unless of course they want alge crumpler. the problem is that the ravens have three big needs: DE, TE, and CB. Ideally you want to knock one of them out in free agency so you don't have to wait until round 5 to get one of them. hopefully they re-sign edwards and go after a corner and tight end in the first 2 rounds.
