Chiefs Sign C Casey Wiegmann To A One-Year Deal

The Kansas City Chiefs has agreed to terms on a one-year deal with free agent center Casey Wiegmann. Wiegmann, 36, was a starter for the Denver Broncos last season. Wiegmann originally played for the Chiefs for seven seasons from 2001-2007.

If we draft a C then I could see it, but I worry about drafting linemen.

After a great year in 2008, he did not play as well in 2009, but it might have been the scheme change. It will be interesting to see how he turns out in 2010.
