Al Davis & Tom Cable are rumored to be going Young this season so - bringing in a
36 yr old Veteran (Like T.O.) wouldn't make sense.

T.O.'s career was pretty much over last offseason when the Cowboys released him and nobody wanted him until the Bills signed him.
