Bengals Sign WR Chris Davis

The Cincinnati Bengals signed wide receiver Chris Davis. Davis was released by the Tennessee Titans with an injury settlement in August on the heels of a DUI arrest. He averaged 9.1 yards per punt return, 26 yards per kickoff return and caught seven passes for 69 yards with two fumble recoveries on special teams.
