Free Agent QB Jake Delhomme To Visit The Browns On Thursday
Posted By: BigBlueBruiser 03-10-2010 , 04:16 PM

Former Carolina Panthers Pro Bowl quarterback Jake Delhomme will visit the Browns on Thursday, a league source told The Plain Dealer today. Delhomme, who was cut by the Panthers last week, went 58-40 for them as a starter in seven seasons, including taking them to the Super Bowl after the 2003 season. In Cleveland, Delhomme would most likely come in to challenge for the starting job.

Jake Delhomme reminds me of Rex Grossman. When Delhomme is on his game, he is that good. When he's off his game, he's god awful. He may be worth a 1 year risk as a backup.
