The Washington Redskins market search for a veteran running back has brought them to running back Larry Johnson, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Two days after former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Willie Parker visited with Washington, the Redskins are scheduled to host a visit Thursday with Johnson, formerly of the Chiefs and Bengals, the source said. The Redskins have made it known around the league that they would like to sign a veteran back.

If they are to sign him he would have about the same impact on the redskins that Shaun Alexander did.

Nah i think Larry Johnson is not done like Shawn Alexander was he was pretty good in KC and when he went to the Bengals he was splitting carries and didn't look bad i actually think it would be a decent pick up to the redskins as a #2 RB

Why would Al Davis want this guy? He's NOT going to get playing time... UNLESS -- Bush is getting traded. Other than that.. Larry doesn't deserve to be an Oakland Raider!

I guess the Redskins weren't impressed with Willie Parker.
