| Cardinals To Make A Play For Ex-Browns QB Derek Anderson? | | |
Adam Schefter of ESPN reports via twitter to look for the Arizona Cardinals to be one of the major players to bid for, and eventually land, former Browns quarterback Derek Anderson. The Browns announced on Tuesday that they had terminated Anderson's contract, who was due a $2 Million roster bonus on March 19th as well as a $7.25 Million base salary in 2010. Anderson could bring competition to Matt Leinart, who became the starter in the wake of Kurt Warner's retirement back In January.
