| Packers Place First Round Tender On DE Johnny Jolly | | | The Packers apparently were worried that defensive end Johnny Jolly was going to get away, because they used a first round tender on Jolly which is a one-year worth $2.521 million. Jolly is facing felony drug charges and it's questionable how many teams would go after him because of that. He is an up-and-coming player who seems to have found a home in the 3-4 and the Packers don't want to lose him. Source: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel | | |
