Safety Jarrad Page and center Rudy Niswanger, both restricted free agents, received their contract tender offers from the Chiefs today. Each was offered a one-year contract worth $1.759 million. Both players, if they desire, can sign a contract offer with another team but if they do, the Chiefs have the right to match or they would be entitled to a second-round draft pick in each case.
I don't know what we're doing with the offensive line anymore. We let Alleman go but keep Ndukwe. We haven't done anything with Wade Smith who was our best backup lineman and can back up 3 positions on the line. Niswanger isn't very good honestly. I'm so confused with this team.
