The Washington Redskins plan to extend a tender offer to restricted free agent quarterback Jason Campbell this week, and coach Mike Shanahan indicated that he expects him to be a part of the team in the fall. "We're tendering an offer to Jason," Shanahan said today at the NFL scouting combine. "I do expect him to be here." Shanahan declined to say what level of tender offer the team will place on Campbell. Shanahan emphasized that he still has a lot of evaluation to do at the quarterback position.
