Larry Foote and the Lions aren't on the same page and it seems likely the veteran linebacker is headed to free agency. Foote wants a multi-year deal and the Lions want to sign him to another one-year deal. "The question is whether we can work something out, and we'll continue to try to do that as we go forward," Lions president Tom Lewand said Tuesday. The simple fact is that Foote has become expendable with the emergence of a younger, bigger, faster player in DeAndre Levy .
