Bears Won't Be Able To Pursue Top-Line Restricted Free Agents

The Bears can't be bidders for top-line restricted free agents because the team doesn't have a first- or second-round pick in the '10 draft. That means to improve the club it'll have to be aggressive toward unrestricted free agents. Top targets, according to the Chicago Tribune, will be Saints S Darren Sharper, Panthers DE Julius Peppers, Texans CB Dunta Robinson (if he doesn't receive the 'franchise' tag) and Packers DE/OLB Aaron Kampman.
