Buccaneers OG Arron Sears has been working out at the team's facility in Tampa, working out to prepare for his return to football activities in the spring. Sears was on the non-injured football list for much of last season, and did not play in a game. Dominik says he will be treated and evaluated just like any other player when he returns to the field.
