ESPN ''Monday Night Football'' and ''NFL Matchup'' analyst Ron Jaworski said Cutler still can be an elite quarterback despite throwing a league high 26 interceptions last season, and the Bears hired the right coach to help him fulfill his potential. 'That's the kind of coach Jay needed,'' Jaworski said of the hiring of Mike Martz as the offensive coordinator. ''He's going to coach him hard, and he's going to make him a better football player. It's that simple. But Jay has to buy into that and accept coaching.''
