Redskins To Go After A QB Early In The Draft?

The Redskins hold the fourth overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, and the offensive line would seem to be an obvious place to start for GM Bruce Allen and Coach Mike Shanahan, especially with the expected retirement of Pro Bowl left tackle Chris Samuels because of a severe neck injury. But Shanahan is eager to draft and develop a young quarterback, a league source familiar with his thinking said recently, and former Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford has been linked with the Redskins in most early mock drafts. Former Notre Dame quarterback Jimmy Clausen also often has been listed as a possible top pick of the Redskins.

I wouldn't take a QB with the 4th pick. Go with your gut and take the OL. See what Campbell can do if he has a good OL around him, take a qb in the 3rd or 4th round and give him time to develop.

I still think QB is a bad mistake. I really would like to get a legit RB or CB with the first round pick. Then OL from there. I trust Shanahan, but I think he'll find out if he gives Campbell a line he has nothing to worry about in the QB position.
