[Texans] Texans Hire Two To Their Coaching Staff

The Houston Texans have made two new hires to their coaching staff. Cedric Smith is the new strength and conditioning coach, replacing Dan Riley and the Texans promoted Perry Carter to assistant defensive backs coach. Smith, 41, spent the last three seasons as strength and conditioning coach with the Kansas City Chiefs.
