Patriots [Patriots] Patriots QB Tom Brady Not Worried About His Contract

There has been lots of talk of NT Vince Wilfork's looming contract situation in New England, and Super Bowl week generated news of both Peyton Manning and Drew Brees being likely to earn lucrative extensions with their respective teams. So where does a new deal stand with Tom Brady, whose contract runs out after next season, and the Patriots? Brady weighed in at a charity event last month. "We're all way overpaid," he said. "I love playing. ... I love being here. I love Boston. I love the city. I love the community. ... I'm under contract. I signed a six-year contract five years ago. There's a lot players that end up being in my situation. There is a lot of uncertainty in the league. As a player rep now, I realize all the issues that our league faces. It's a really unique time in our league. As a team player, I don't sit here and say, 'What about me? What about me?' I'm under contract. I'll go out there and play and play my butt off."
