Colts QB Jim Sorgi Says He Felt Great After Landing On IR

Placed on injured reserve after the first game of the season because of a sore shoulder, Colts backup quarterback Jim Sorgi hasn't followed the normal path IR players take. Rather than pack up and go home so the agony of being inactive isn't so great, Sorgi has been around as much as he would be if he were on the 53-man roster. "I knew all my shoulder had to do was calm down, I knew it would calm down eventually, it's just that nobody knew how long that would take so they made a decision and put me on IR, I went with that decision and a week or two weeks after that I felt great, I've been throwing ever since." Sorgi said.
