Packers Will Attempt To Retain OT Chad Clifton

The Packers will move to retain Clifton, who will be 34 by the time training camp starts. While the Packers will be actively looking for a left tackle in the draft and via trade, Clifton is viewed as a safeguard. General manager Ted Thompson said this week that T.J. Lang, a fourth-round pick in 2009, can play left tackle and will be given a chance to do so.
