  | | Dolphins Giving Up On WR Ted Ginn, TE Anthony Fasano? | | |
After hoping Ted Ginn, Jr. and Anthony Fasano would solidify their positions this season, the Dolphins must decide whether to keep either or both players. Ginn, clearly, hasn't proven to be the answer as a No. 1 receiver while Fasano still might be a long-term starting tight end, but the Dolphins' plans at his position remain in question. Fasano said Friday he has been given no indication if the team wants to re-sign him.

so, apparently all of the phins fans that questioned the Ginn pick were right and the organization was wrong ................... |

The organization wanted to get rid of Ginn but his rookie contract would have caused a sizable cap hit so they were stuck with him. As for Fasano, he is waaaay to inconsistent to be legitimate.

Ohhhh. Everything Cam Cameron did was a complete waste and a fuck up. He traded Wes Welker to the Pats. There are three left from Cameron's draft, Ginn, Soliai, and Fields, two of which might be gone next season. It's a shame really, Willis went two picks later.

So is this a matter of not wanting to pay Ginn? His contract isn't up? but they want to dump salary. If that's the case that makes sense. But I'd say Ginn is a pretty good slot WR option, he's not a guy that's going to be your number 1 WR. But if you draft a guy like Damian Williams or someone, and Owens or Marshall and you have a 1,2,3 and one of the better WR cores in the league. or I guess 1,2,3,4 with bess being 2 ginn 3 and the rook 4. He's a weapon in the slot and good on returns.

He is not that great on returns except for the Jets game, he always tries to get to the sideline so that if there is a defender he can hop out of bounds and avoid being touched. He would be horrible in the slot because he is afraid of contact and he drops to many passes. I've defended Ginn but I can't anymore.

Its kinda funny. He had what 56 catches for almost 800 yards and seemed like he might develope in a top WR last year
Now I wouldnt want him for nothing......and I was driving his bandwagon that draft season
