Sparano is a really good coach. But the blame shouldn't be all his. Henning has had very poor game plans and that has lead to the offense struggling to get a rhythm. Pasqualoni has shit the bed in some games because he failed to game plan against the opposing teams best player. The best example is not having either Smith or Davis covering Johnson every play he is on the field, instead letting him get matched up against Nate Jones.

i can't argue with anything you're saying. however, isn't part of a head coaches success/failure measured by his ability to put together a good staff of assistant coaches? if sparano's coordinators are doing a bad job, then we can't really call sparano a really good coach, even though we both want to ......................

It was Parcells who put together the staff. The defense has done well this season, but some questions were there. But I have disliked Henning since last season. He gets away from what the Dolphins do very well waaaaaay to fast. Just look at the Saints games, running the ball was working, so lets pass the ball over and over again.

I'm sure he had input, but I mean it is Parcells. But Henning was the last choice on the list if I remember correctly. So it shouldn't be a shock how poorly he manages the offense.
