49ers CB Nate Clements Might Be Shut Down For The Year?

Cornerback Nate Clements has been ruled out of action for Sunday's game. He has been out since Nov. 1 with a broken shoulder blade. The 49ers hope Clements will be able to return for the final two regular-season games but if they're out of the playoff picture, the 49ers might keep him out.
