The Indianapolis Colts continue to analyze their roster to find room for a veteran backup quarterback with Jim Sorgi out for the season, according to league sources. The Colts are high on free agent J.P. Losman and had planned to sign him this week, and the team has not worked out any other quarterbacks this week, but with a short week (they face Jacksonville on Thursday night on NFL Network) and nearly 30 players showing up on their initial injury report, the team has roster issues to attend to. Losman has generated interest from other NFL clubs, however, who want to work him out, so would have other options if the Colts arrangement fails to materialize.
