Per Scout.com's Adam Caplan, the Saints have signed a LB off of Buffalo's practice squad. LB Anthony Waters, who was signed to Buffalo's practice squad on Oct. 14 in the wake of a rash of injuries at the LB position, has been signed by New Orleans as they deal with injuries themselves at the LB position. Waters is no stranger to the Saints, he was signed by New Orleans this past offseason after spending his first two years in the league with the Chargers. The Saints also sign FB Marcus Mailei.
