Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford was injured with 3:36 left in the game and appeared to aggravate his left shoulder injury. Stafford landed on the shoulder after getting sacked by Cincinnati's Dhani Jones. The extent of Stafford's injury isn't known but backup Daunte Culpepper came in and played Detroit's final series.

There's still plenty of time left in the season for the Lions to 'finish off' Stafford.

Mind numbing...

Stafford has re-injured his shoulder how many times now? Personally, I don't think he's worth playing the rest of the season if he's gionna re-injure his shoulder every week.

I agree, it was ridiculous that they kept him in on Thanksgiving, when you could see he was in pain while throwing. The fans have seen that their #1 drat pick can play, now let him get healthy. They aren't going anywhere this season, why risk the future?
