Owners are getting ridiculous firing coaches after 1 year. If you're embarassed by your coach then you've failed more than him so fire yourself Glazer. Owners take no accountability and expect teams to be turned around in a year? It just doesn't work that way dope.

My only beef with Morris was starting Leftwich over McCown to start the season. Other than that he has done well with what he has, which sadly isn't much.

But leftwitch played pretty good for the steelers last year for the little time he saw.

Leftwich played terrible in the OTAs and the preseason.
