I think Rice, Smith, Brown and Carter. Reed IMO should be, but could be hurt because of a strong WR class. Also guys like Sharpe, Haley, Dent are right there and could easily push close selections ike Reed and Grimm out. I would put Dawson in that class too, but the HOF is unkind to OL, and often great OL may have to wait 10 years to get in
