New York Jets cornerbacks Dwight Lowery and Donald Strickland will not play against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday because of injuries. Lowery has a high ankle sprain, suffered last Sunday in the loss at New England. Strickland, a key backup, suffered a concussion against the Patriots when he was hit hard by tackle Mark LeVoir on a block.
