Injured Eagles' running back Brian Westbrook is expected to begin exercising this week, according to beat writer Brian Seltzer but Westbrook has already been ruled out for the team's Week 12 game against the Redskins. The Eagles are still saying Westbrook could be back in a few weeks, but it seems like a major risk to send him back out there after two concussions in three weeks. He is out for sure this week, and replacement LeSean McCoy should be an excellent play against the Skins.
