David Garrard finished 21-of-30 for 215 yards and the key touchdown throw for the Jaguars (6-4), who have won three straight games. Ryan Fitzpatrick was 18-of-31 for 297 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions for the Bills (3-7), who have dropped three in a row and could not produce a win in Perry Fewell's head-coaching debut.
