Former Houston Texans and Washington Redskins general manager Charley Casserly is reportedly on the Cleveland Browns' short list for a football czar role with the embattled franchise. And SportsTalkCleveland goes even further on its Twitter account: "WHAT WE'RE HEARING - Charlie Casserly MAY be hired as Browns President & GM within the next 72 hours. STORY DEVELOPING" The Cleveland Plain Dealer refers to the notion that Casserly is joining the list as the "newest Internet rumor," adding that "an NFL source who would know," isn't buying it. Adam Schefter reported via his Twitter page that Casserly denied having any discussions with the Browns.
