[Bills] Bills Promote CB Cary Harris, Place LB Keith Ellison On IR

The Buffalo Bills promoted cornerback Cary Harris to the active roster from the practice squad, the team announced. The Bills also announced that LB Keith Ellison has been placed on injured reserve. Harris has spent the previous 10 weeks on the Bills' practice squad after originally joining the team as a sixth-round draft selection this year from USC.
