Michael Lombardi of the National Football Post reports that whether the Bears decide to make a move on head coach Lovie Smith, who has two years remaining on his deal at $5.5 million per year, remains to be seen. But there will be a major shake-up within the staff at the end of the year if the losing continues.

Lovie at $5.5 million a year, the McCaskeys sure are getting fucked!!

My guess is from past experience with the Bears they'll most likely extend Lovies contract, laden it full of incentives, then offer Turner,Babich and Angelo more $$$ too.
