Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson Sees Career Winding Down?

Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson, 30, seems to be coming to terms with his age and the fact his NFL career is nearing its end and is starting to reflect back on his time. He has only 289 yards rushing in six starts this year, averaging a career-low 3.2 yards per carry. "I've been through a lot in my career; it's hard work," Tomlinson told the San Diego Union-Tribune. "I don't want to say I'm coming to the end. But I don't know if I'll ever be in this stadium (Giants Stadium) again. You cherish certain moments. That's one I'll remember forever." Tomlinson is signed through the 2010 season, at $5 million, but Chargers G.M. A.J. Smith is unlikely to keep him at that figure.

Miss this dude from 3 seasons ago, wasnt too many people better then a LT in his prime.. he stuck with em through thick and thin.

I'm not going to argue the fact that his play has declined, but I think what he needs most is a change of scenery. Is this the end for LT? If so his career really went down the shitter fast.
