[Colts] Colts Sign CB Anthony Madison, Cut DE Josh Thomas

The Indianapolis Colts signed veteran cornerback and special-teams contributor Anthony Madison today. To create a roster spot for Madison, the Colts cut defensive end Josh Thomas. Madison, who played at Alabama, has a previous stint with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
