Lions [Lions] Lions Waive CB Jason David
The Lions waived cornerback Jason David on Monday, to make room on the roster for former Broncos cornerback Jack Williams. He was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. David was waived by the Saints in August after spending two years with the team.

He could be good in a zone, and with Ron Meeks (In my opinion the best DB coach in the NFL, Colts were # 1 sec in08, Panthers in 09)

man, how far did this guy fall and how fast? from winning a SB as a starting CB to a huge contract as a free agent to being waived twice in 3 months, one of them by the lowly Lions who are desperate for talent. talk about going from the penthouse to the outhouse ............. geez.
