[Redskins] Redskins Have No Interest In Ex-Chiefs RB Larry Johnson

Per a team source, the Redskins are not interested in adding running back Larry Johnson, released by Kansas City on Monday morning. Jim Zorn acknowledged during his press conference today that Johnson was brought up in a staff meeting but stopped short of saying there was an interest. He cited that the need is "immediate" in the wake of Clinton Portis' head injury that could keep him out of Sunday's game against Denver.
