The Tampa Bay Buccaneers honored their heritage at halftime of their game against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. The Bucs unveiled their Ring of Honor with Hall-of-Fame defensive end Lee Roy Selmon being the first inductee. The Buccaneers also honored the 1979 NFC Central Division championship team, and wore their 1976 uniforms. "I promised my family I wasn't going to cry," said Selmon. "Just seeing those players and just hugging them, it just brings back so many fond memories, and I know that is what this ring is about. It's not about me; it's about us as a team and the great privilege I had to be a member of that Buccaneer team and other Tampa Bay Buccaneer teams throughout my career. It's those folks that I remember the most and I am just humbled and overwhelmed by all this happening today."
