Packers C Jason Spitz Could Be Done For The Year

Just when it looks as if veteran Packers OTs Chad Clifton and newly re-signed Mark Tauscher are ready to settle into starting roles again, the versatile Jason Spitz appears to be saddled by a lower-back injury that team insiders are starting to fear might end his season. Spitz told one insider that he was good to go against the Browns in Week Seven, only to suddenly come up lame, and word is it is now looking as though he could be down for the count for the foreseeable future.
