The cab driver whom Buccaneers CB Aqib Talib allegedly assaulted in August spoke up this week and described the incident that he said has made him afraid to return to work. Talib was arrested on battery charges in the Tampa area on Aug. 20 amid charges that he punched cab driver David Duggan with a swing from the back seat. "It was a punch," Duggan told Tampa's WDAE-radio. "He beat the brakes off of me. Right upside the head. Boom! Knocked my hat right off and you know it was hard." Talib was with a group of people that Duggan said was under the influence of alcohol and one of his companions, Duggan said, told Talib to stop hitting the driver. Said Duggan: "Yeah the guy in the front was like, 'Hey yo man you are trying to kill us!' "
