Rick Stroud of the St. Petersburg Times reports that the The Bucs continued to raid other teams for talent. Late Monday, Tampa Bay signed former University of Cincinnati defensive back Mike Mickens from the Dallas Cowboys' practice squad. Mickens, 22, was a seventh-round pick of the Cowboys in April. The 6-foot, 189-pound Mickens was considered a first-round talent until a torn meniscus in his knee forced him to miss the final three games for the Bearcats last season.
This sucks... Even though we heard his name getting beat alot in the preseason that's not always a bad thing. He was a player I wanted to keep on the PR.

one of the most overrated CBs last year....was supposed to be a first round pick prior to his senior year, had a bad season and was overshadowed by not only the corner across from him at cincy, but one that backed him up....both turned out to be better draft day prospects (even though not great at all).
