Colts rookie RB Donald Brown could sit out against the 49ers because of a bruised left shoulder. The Colts favor the two-back system with Brown and starter Joseph Addai, but Addai is being pushed for time. Colts president Bill Polian has been unhappy with Addai's hesitant running style when approaching the line of scrimmage
