NFL writer Adam Caplan is reporting on Twitter that the Dolphins have waived tight end John Nalbone. Nalbone is a rookie fifth-round pick out of Monmouth. Nalbone has some talent catching the ball, so he could find a job elsewhere. He doesn't look like much more than depth at the position at this point in his career, but look for him to catch on with someone.
